Jessica Simpson was spotted in a boutique in southern Wisconsin, but no one seemed to recognize her. The pop star-turned-country music singer was at Inside Out in Racine last Saturday. Simpson's boyfriend is Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, who is from Burlington. He was no where to be seen.Owner Jane Key says Simpson perused the purses from Afghanistan along with two other women and commented that she liked the merchandise. She bought imported earrings for just under $20. Key says she was wearing a baseball cap, sweat shirt, skinny jeans and 4-inch stilettos. Employee Deborah Kinnard says no one seemed to recognize her.
